Thank you for choosing Forest + Fern Inc. We are committed to ensuring your keepsakes and floral preservation art arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time

Custom Orders: Since each piece is handcrafted with care, production times vary. Custom keepsake jewelry and floral preservation orders typically take 15 weeks - 8 months to complete. This is all dependant on busy season, mold availability + order type.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders will be processed within 7 business days after purchase.

Shipping Services & Rates

Standard Shipping: We offer tracked shipping through Canada Post and UPS within Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Expedited & Express Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship anywhere outside Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We take great care in packaging your custom keepsakes, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us via Instagram DM (@forestandfern) within 2 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you.
